1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Rhythm Training (the “App”) handles information when you use the App. It describes information stored on your device or in iCloud, information transmitted to the developer's server, why that information is used, and the choices currently available to you.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Most data created or used by the App is stored locally on your device. This may include app settings, practice preferences, saved exercises, rhythm-related content, progress information, and other data generated through your use of the App.
Except for the limited information described in this Privacy Policy, your locally stored content is not routinely uploaded to the developer's server.
3. iCloud Storage
Some important App data may be stored in iCloud to support features such as synchronization, restoration, or backup across your Apple devices.
Data stored in iCloud is associated with your Apple account and is handled by Apple according to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy practices. The developer does not operate or control the iCloud infrastructure.
You can manage iCloud access and storage through the settings provided by your Apple device and Apple account.
4. Usage and Technical Information
To understand how the App is used, maintain reliability, and improve its features, the App may periodically send limited usage and technical information to the developer's server.
This information may include a device identifier that does not directly identify you, such as Apple's Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), together with general app, device, system, usage, and diagnostic information. It does not directly provide the developer with your name, email address, Apple ID, or phone number.
The developer uses this information only to operate, analyze, support, secure, and improve the App. It is not used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies or for targeted advertising.
5. Feedback
If you choose to submit feedback through the App, the feedback text and limited related technical information are sent to the developer's server so the developer can review your request and improve the App. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
6. Servers, Service Providers, and Data Sharing
The information described above may be processed using hosting, networking, database, or other infrastructure services acting on the developer's behalf.
The developer does not sell collected information or share it with data brokers. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, or the developer's legal rights.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored locally remains on your device until it is removed by you, removed through App functionality, or deleted when the App or its associated data is removed.
Data stored in iCloud is managed through your Apple account and may be deleted or managed using Apple’s iCloud controls, subject to Apple’s own retention practices.
Information received by the developer's server may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the App, provide support, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by using the contact address below.
8. Your Choices
You can control local App data by managing or deleting data within the App, where those controls are available, or by removing the App and its associated local data from your device.
You can control iCloud access through your Apple device and Apple account settings.
Submitting feedback is optional. You can stop future information transmission by discontinuing use of or uninstalling the App.
9. Security
The App uses encrypted HTTPS connections for its production backend. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information handled by the App and backend, but no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the App, its data practices, or applicable requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
